All prices mentioned above are billed in the same currency as the location of the customers billing address. (ex. if a customer is in Canada they would be billed $249.95 CAD, if the customer was located in the U.S. they would be billed $249.95 USD)

Shipment totals are the sum of unique U.S. Shipment Control Number (ex. PAPS) and Canadian Cargo Control Numbers (ex. PARS) in ACE/ACI/RNS. For example, an ACI eManifest with matching RNS message counts as 1 shipment.

* 24/7 eManifest Processing Service pricing is billed on a per-use basis and totalled based on the number of trips and shipments you have crossing per month. No free 30-day trial is provided for the eManifest Processing service.

All shipments that are uploaded into an eManifest using the shipment upload feature are counted towards your monthly shipment total. Regardless of the eManifest being processed or not.

Is the first month really free?

Yes! You can sign up for a 30 day FREE trial of BorderConnect today! It's risk-free and there is absolutely no financial obligation. After your free month's trial, we'll call to see how you've made out.

Do I have to pay a setup fee?

No, we do not charge a setup fee. You receive free training by phone and free support.

What happens if I go slightly over one month?

BorderConnect uses an automatic billing system. You'll automatically be charged for the lowest plan that you qualify for in a given month.

How do I get billed?

Billing happens at the end of each month. You can choose to receive your invoice by mail or electronically.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa and Mastercard and physical cheques. For Canadian customers, we also offer online banking.

Can I schedule quarterly or yearly billing?

No, We only offer billing on a monthly basis.

Do I have to pay for upgrades?

No. We are continually updating and improving BorderConnect and you receive each upgrade automatically because BorderConnect is a SaaS (Software as a service).

What if I have a lot more shipments than the Enterprise Plan?

No problem! Many large carriers use BorderConnect and regularly have many thousands of shipments each month. Large BorderConnect clients love that their payment plans are not transaction based, are predictable and do not increase. BorderConnect works great for some of the largest carriers in North America.

What happens if I want to cancel my account?

Just give us a call and let us know. We do request 30 days notice, but we do not require it. Our goal is to make the entire process as hassle-free as possible.

Is online banking available for Canadian and U.S. customers?

At this time, online banking is only available for Canadian customers.

If I use the shipment upload feature, are they counted towards my monthly shipment total?

Yes they are. Once a shipment is created in BorderConnect, and it's been imported into an eManifest, it will count towards your total shipment volume, regardless of if the eManifest was processed or not.
